2. To save some time during the first visit, please download the forms and fill them out. (To open the files, make sure you have WinRAR and Adobe Reader installed.)

3. Do not come to acupuncture clinic with an empty stomach.

4. Wear loose clothing. Avoid wearing tight pants or one-piece dresses.

5. If you have a complicated medical history, please print it out and bring it with you.
